Nine West every day LBD little black dress 8

I bought this dress at Dillard’s in 2017, packed it for a trip to Germany.... and ended up only wearing it a couple times. It’s so great.... almost like the luxtreme material of Lululemon. Lined and nearly knee length. The chest has a “swing” panel of fabric (I don’t know how else to describe it). Above this panel is a sporty, mesh-like fabric that isn’t sheer but feels breezy. Could be worn with sneakers or heels.
