Nine West lace front 1/4 button blouse

This is a super pretty anime West “Vintage Collection” blouse in a pinkish nude color. Very feminine. Lace front panel that has a lining and button to expose as much of your décolletage as you want. Or not. Antique brass colored buttons on cuffs. Long torso that’s perfect for tucking into jeans or a skirt. Haven’t even worn it (don’t know how the spots got on the shirt - see pictures - but didn’t notice them when I bought it... probably will just wash out), but I did remove the tags.
