Nine West long sleeve flowy off the shoulder blouse - size XS

This is a very pretty blouse by Nine West. It's a sage green color. The scoop neck has a ruffle detail and can be worn on or off the shoulder, too. The sleeves are long with elastic at the wrist. The waist has a thick elastic band that's rouched and a flowy peplum.
