Nine west silk tie-dye dress. Fit & flare Fully lined High waist. halter neckline with keyhole opening. Just noticed a small spot on bottom as shown in last pic. Otherwise perfect condition. Reflected in price. May have been part of the tie dye process or it may come out when dry cleaned.
