Nine West tie front blouse, brown print blouse, career top, short sleeve blouse

Never worn size XS Nine West tie blouse! Back hem dips longer and ties are adjustable. Button front and elastic at sleeves. No wrinkle fabric . I’m 34C and 27 waist in pic wearing a padded bra. This will probably not fit a larger chest than mine.
