Nine West white waist tie blouse

This Nine West waist tie blouse is super cute and would look great under a blazer or jean jacket this fall. With the button on the inside it’s much easier to manage than blouses that tie closed. This sits just at the waist band and has darts in the back. I’ve never worn this but I’d cut the tags off before I realized it was too small for me.
