Nine & co turquoise dress

Gorgeous low cut dress. I tried it on but it was just too low cut for me . It’s never been worn outside of the house . As I was taking pics I did notice a stain on the tie sash . I didn’t even notice it when it was tied but it is there - see picture . I must have purchased it like that without seeing the stain .
