This gorgeous vintage dress from Nipon Boutique is beautifully designed with 100% black wool and is trimmed with velvet accents on each sleeve hem and on the V-Neckline. Each shoulder has a lovely ornate velvet bow that is adorned with faux diamonds…it’s very elegant. The sleeves are 3/4 in length, the dress is lined, pleated at the waistline, and is midi in length, hitting below the knees. The dress slips on and has a 1/2 zipper up the back. The back closure is complete with 4 decorative buttons.
