I bought these from Nordstrom —I wanted the gum sole ones not these. Absolutely no wear. These are more like strictly 7-7.5. I am between 7.5 and 8, but usually shoes like these are okay. They are more rigid and good quality leather, so less give but comfortable. I did buy the ones I wanted and I will say that during the winter, they stay dry, clean, and good form. Some websites say waterproof, some say water resistant—not trying to test it too much, would say they do well in a drizzle.
