Niteline, size 4, long black dress with knotted accents

I have only worn this once to a holiday party and it was very comfortable. It is a Women’s size 4 ((honestly fits more like a size 2)). Niteline, long black dress with knotted front accents. The skirt bottom is very flowy and great for dancing. I am 5’3, 125 and it is tight in the hips and does not zip up in the back. Truly more a size 2, in my opinion!
