Product Description Our stylish Timu journals are bound in a soft, supple chocolate brown leather. They are perfect for travelling, sketching and just holding memories. The leather we use in creating these journals is a by-product, it also ages over time enhancing the rustic look of each piece. Words of Wisdom Our journals are filled with beautiful handmade paper, created from pieces of recycled cotton rag. This ancient paper making skill has been passed on through generations. Cotton paper has the additional benefit of being tree free as no wood pulp is used. Each sheet is painstakingly made by hand and dried by the sun before being bound in leather and carefully hand stitched. Care Instructions To care for your journal, we recommend storing in a dry place. Regularly wipe the leather with a soft, dry cloth and avoid any contact with moisture or heat. Due to the nature of the leather, the colour will change over time and will fade if left in direct sunlight.
