This dress is straples, size 2XL(20-22), you can wear as straples or off the shoulders, a 4" ruffles ruched around the top, elastic waist with crochet like stitches 2.5" wide, I measured the top part flat its 16" and the waist 15", I didn't streache it, knee length lining color red.
