No Boundaries Spring and Summer dress

This No Boundaries beautiful floral dress is a size L (11-13). It has a ruffle slope neckline with short sleeves. It has 3 buttons on the front for decorations purposes only. I t has an elastic empire waste. The fabric is 62 percent Polyester, 30 percent Recycled Polyester, and 8 percent spandex. The tag has been removed, but the dress is new and never been washed or worn.
