I believe this is considered a Juniors brand at Walmart so it is cut a little smaller. I bought this when I was not pregnant wearing an 18. In the photos with both pieces I'm 5 months pregnant and the one where the top is styled with cream pants I'm not but both ways I would still say it fits very well. A216

2lttlebrwngrls @phyllisperry580 I would say yes but it would be very short and the top very cropped. I think it's more so how you would like it to fit and I can't really advise on that.
