No Boundries One Shoulder Dress

Super cute tan and purple dress perfect for summer. Has one strap and flouncy ruffles across the top. It is quite short (23" from arm pit to hem). Empire waist. Tag says M (7-9) but I believe that to be juniors. For women's it would be more like a xs-s.
