No boundaries blue and white design shirt

This is a blue and white, off the shoulder, junior woman’s shirt made by no boundaries. It is a large size and made from 100% polyester. There are shoulder straps and elastic around the top and bottom of the shirt as well as at the ends of the 1/2 sleeves.
