This skater dress is a waffle pattern all the way thru has raglan style sleeves and fully lined with a high neckline. The sleeves are not lined. Has some stretch. ⭐️Also, I loved the way the lining really hugged you, and the outer layer was flowy. This dress was purchased at rue 21.
