Bought at Dillard's NWT super sexy dress. The sleeves are open at the ends to drape over arms. Shoulders are open also. Beautiful crochet lace detail down center of dress and on sleeves. The crochet lace down center is open, so a slip of some kind will be needed. This is brand new, never worn. I bought for a wedding and didn't end up wearing it.
