buddhafulbyb420 @janeanndrake in my opinion yes my children use them I have a 6 year old and a 10 year old and we all do workouts with them instead of the PE routines for distance learning. and the weight resistance is all dependent on your weight because you stand on the platform or sit. they are very versatile
