Noir by Lazaro Navy Blue Gown

Beautiful Noir by Lazaro gown. Couture fit. Size 10 but fits like a 4. One shoulder design (left). Only worn once. Composed of many layers of chiffon, with a structured bodice and flowy A-line skirt. Tiered top layer of skirt, as seen in photos. Lays straight down but has a lot of movement. Dress is a true navy but sometimes photographs lighter depending on setting. Doesn’t read as a bridesmaid gown, and I would wear as a guest of a formal event, but it unfortunately no longer fits me.
