awesummy @kjb8b9 hi! If you mean the measurement across the top it's about 13.25". I'm a 27 and it fits me perfectly it's just not my style. Material is actually somewhat stretchy but I can't seem to find exact percentages. If you're interested I can take advantage of the CCO promo today! Hope this helps!!
