Nolan Miller brand necklace. 3 silver toned rings that are covered in rhinestones, are held together by a silver toned, rhinestone covered ring. That is looped on a black satin cord that clasps shut with a silver toned clasp. 18” around in length, adjustable to be 3” shorter. Never worn.
