Marked 'Noma 1995' on bottom. Light building by putting mini string light bulbs in holes in base - light string NOT included. 4-1/2" x 3-1/2" x 6" high ***Very good condition. There are manufacturing paint imperfections and wear. See pictures. NO light cord. NO box.***
