Nonoo New York women's straight skirt with tulip hem on the sides. Very dark blue (looks black in some lighting situations). 100% wool and lining is 100% polyester. Size 12. Pre-owned condition. No rips, stains or tears. Top of the closure has come loose-see photos. Would be an easy fix. From a non-smoking home. Waist measures 32" and skirt is 19" long.
