Noon by Noir full length gown

Size 4, fits true to size! Hemmed to fit 5’3” with a 3” inch heel! Beautiful and comfortable gown! Wore this to a wedding in Napa and it traveled / steamed easily! Dry cleaned after and tags still in tact! Worn 1x! The retail price is was $1,700.00. I am somewhat flexible on price!
