I just want to color this dress in! Slightly stiff cotton, empire waist, tiered ruffle skirt, and hidden pockets! Some greying under the arms, but in otherwise excellent used condition. Approximate measurements (taken flat): Bust: 21” Waist: 20” Length from top of shoulder to hem: 42”
