Nooworks adorable red dress with cap sleeves and black piping. wonderful and whimsical classic SF Victorian houses print. had pockets! 97% cotton 3% lycra, made in USA *see pics for slight repair needed: needs stitching just under zipper right along the seam and there is a little damage to less than 1/2 inche of fabric right near that seam. sold as is and priced accordingly. easy repair. good used condition with normal wear size small 16 inches pit to pit plus some stretch 13 inches across front waist (little stretch but not too much here) 33 inchee length
