Has two side pockets! 👩‍🎨 Featuring “Tropico” artwork by Michell Norris. Size 3XL; 97% cotton, 3% Lycra. (Model in photo wears a matching top.) Measurements taken flat (double for full): - 20” waist - 19” long (top to bottom hem) - 28.5” across (the bottom of skirt since it flares out a bit)

Since it has some stretch, the shape is between a flare and fitted shape — I think it’s more fitted than flare, but keep in mind depending on how tight it is it will be a more mini fitted shape. The third listing photo with the model shows it on 🌼 hope that helps!
