Nordstrom BP lace eyelet crop tank top

New with tags. However, there are small yellow blotches (as pictured) that I didn’t notice were on it until later and couldn’t return, but maybe bleach could remove it? It seems it’s mostly on seams. A good bathing suit cover up!
