Excellent, used condition - worn maybe 5x at most. Purchased in Nordstrom's BP section. The brand itself is an older brand called Rachel - Handmade in New York (hard to find info online). Metal: Silver Small silver hoop followed by round glass floral beads and sparkly silver balls leading down to a larger floral glass bead.
