Nordstrom Chloe & Katie bell sleeve wrap blouse

Flowwy blouse with bell sleeves and tie on the side. Black with pink/purple/orange flowers. Worn once, like new condition. I purchased the wrong size when I bought it so it’s a little too big for me and has been sitting in my closet waiting for a new home!
