Top Shop smocked black dress with purple and white flowers size 10. Very similar to the Free people dresses. Cute boho vibe. PTP measures 15.5” flat and stretches to easily to 18.5” flat. Sleeve measure 21” long from the top of the shoulder to the cuff. Shoulder to hem measures 29” long. Waist measures approximately 15” flat. This dress has a lot of stretch in it for comfort. Super cute dress that can be worn into the fall. This dress is in like new condition.
