Nordstrom "William B" Silk Halter top, Brown, Size M

This pretty halter top is unusual because it goes on with a delicate gold chain. The 100% silk material is a chocolate brown color with a design of parakeets facing different directions. I purchased it at Nordstrom years ago and haven't worn it. Size Medium. See last 2 pictures that show a measuring tape across the back of the top. Condition: New with tags. No issues. Non-smoking household.
