Nordstrom black and rainbow tinsel mini party dress

Brand new with tag Lush dress from Nordstrom. It is a flowy black material with metallic tinsel ish stripes throughout. They aren’t really stripes it’s the same flowy material as the black. Colors change in the light but the main ones are gold, teal, and pink/purple. Perfect party, going out, or casual dress. Really comfor with an elastic waist. It’s a mini, but not too short. I’m 5’7 and it sits on my mid-high thigh. Can be hiked up or down because of the elastic waist though.
