twister2go @lindahohrun Please be mindful that I'm no seamstress. With that I believe that the arm measurements are 11.5 in long (length) and 9 in wide (circumference) and the dress is about 39.5 in length

lindahohrun @twister2go thank you. I very much appreciate you measuring for me. A 22 is usually ok but I have heavy arms and I hate when the sleeves ride up. It actually accentuates how large my arms are. My upper arms measure 171/2 so I’m afraid the dress will be too small in the arms. Thank you. I do wish it would work. I have a hard time finding dresses. Thanks again!
