Nori maxi army green distressed skirt

Rare designer Nori distressed maxi skirt, cargo army green with belt. Great condition. I am only selling this because I can no longer wear it being a size zero. While it is labeled as a size 3 it will fit a 4-5 I think as it runs slightly large. So please check measurements at the waist. Laying flat it is 15 1/2 inches across. Length is 37”. Purchased at Nordstroms for around $200
