starzandheartz Hello I noticed you purchased my vera Bradley backpack. I wanted to tell you when I got the backpack out I noticed on the grab handle Has a little bit of damage from being carried but other than that the book bag is In very good condition I will post pictures of the grab handle on the original listing for you to look at.
