American made Oregon born Norm Thompson clothing is quality. This is a beautiful dress in plum with velvet at the collar and cuffs. It has metal buttons up the front and some lovely embroidery along the front under the neckline. It is a large at about 20” pit to pit and 47.5” long with some flair in the skirt. Would also be gorgeous worn open over a black tank and leggings.
