RARE FIND: 1980’s rainbow cotton skirt with elastic waist with cinched bottom seam, and full sweep. waist measurement: 22-32, hip measurement: 33, length: 27. The waist band is elastic and stretches to 32” however the bottom seam at the top of the hip is 33” therefore it is a size small.

@mandymoon12 yes! Unfortunately it didn’t fit- didn’t know there was a drop waist seam that makes it a size small
