Norma Kamali Vintage 80s Black Velvet Midi Length Fluted Skirt Witchy

Norma Kamali vintage 90s black crushed velvet midi skirt. There are large pleats at front, back & sides that give the skirt a fishtail hem or fluted/ flared look. Back zip closure. Size 10, fits more like a size 6-8 of today--see measurements below.  Approximate (unstretched) flat lay measurements:  Waist, across front: 14.25"  Hips, across front: 19.5"  Length, front waistband to hem: 30"  Condition: Fabric tag is missing but material is a rayon blend. Other than that, skirt is in excellent pre-owned vintage condition, gently used.
