One piece dress that looks like two. Made of Spandex and polyester. The top is loose and fastens with Velcro along the front. It fits snug w around the bum and flares around the bottom. The skirt is a wide soft elastic band on the inside of the dress which allows the top to blouse over the skirt ( as seen on model)
