‘Norman Kaplan Las Vegas’ Vintage Red Tasseled Patent LeatherFlats Size 10 These beauties are such a vibe. Would be perfect for the holidays or just that pop of red that you are looking for. From the look of the soles, these shoes appear to have been worn just a handful of times (in my opinion). In good vintage condition, but since they are vintage, the bronze lining is peeling off on the inside. Any flaws, I will have disclosed in my photos. The brand is ‘Exclusively Norman Kaplan Las Vegas’. They are size 10 M with measurements included in this listing. The number on the heel is’2976 10 M 67450 Leather Upper BAL MAN-MADE’. I am a size 8.5/ 9. These fit me with a small bit of room to spare, so I do not know if these are a true 10. Maybe 9.5 at the lowest.
