@skfalen Hi! There is no hood. It’s approx 29.5 inches from
shoulder to hem (comes below my butt- I’m 5’3”). Idk if it’s officially waterproof but I’ve worn it in the rain & snow a few times and I would say it’s waterproof. It’s a warm & cozy jacket!
