All the features listed in photo but this fits a hood, w/elastic bungee to tighten, soft fleece inside collar so it doesn't run/collect moisture on neck/face, has two internal goggle style mesh pockets, 3 zippered outer pockets, one at the chest includes a stash pocket within it, made of breathable waterproof fabric that has a slight stretch.
