Hi so this is petite? What is the measurement from the shoulder to bottom hem? Also is this the warm one?

Hi Laura. From the top by the neck to the bottom hem is 24 1/2 inches. Yes it is warm.
I work in the film business and got it from the show I was working on but it never really fit me
