Are there any tears or marks on the jacket? I can't tell in the photos. I am 5'5" and usually wear a small or extra small... Is the jacket a slim fit?

@shopnmom13 is this warmer than the regular down North Face since it's 600 fill. I have down North Face jackets and find them warm when it's really cold. I need for winter in Switzerland.
