No the jacket is for a child it would not fit because it is a medium child so unless the person is very tiny it would not fit in sorry for the confusion @misange137

@rpowe1 actually measurements of the article of clothing would be best. Useful measurements are typically length, bust, waist and hip. Due to Vanity sizing, every brand measures differently.
With some brands my kids in adult sizes and in a lot of brands I'm forced to shop in the juniors section, Because the "adult" size XS is too big on me.
