Northstyle floral dress with keyhole neckline

Size 18 Northstyle floral has a keyhole neckline. There is a gold look metal bar where the keyhole top meets around the neck. The front of the dress has side ruching on the wearers left side, there is also a wrap effect on the front with the open side on the left as well. The dress itself is not open there. It is a wrap effect so the upper layer of the fabric lays across the front. Wind won't be a problem. The office assistant, sometime model, is not part of the sale.
