Cute and classic Midi skirt from Norton McNaughton in a navy and white polkadot, size 12. The skirt has a slide-on waist with elastic at the back. The front has an attached tie belt, mostly decorative. The skirt flares out from the waist to the hem in an a-line for a flouncy effect at the bottom. The material has a fairly soft feel to it and it does not have much stretch. 100% rayon. Good used condition. Waist across is about 15 inches and will stretch to 17+. Hips across are about 21 inches. Top of waistband to bottom hem is about 28.5 inches.
