Norton studio blue and white striped nautical buttons to the left embellishments

Gorgeous long sleeved size large lightweight sweater type, nautical, blue, and white striped design for buttons going down the left side left arm second button seems it’s just a little loose. It’s just there for an embellishment so I might want to just tighten it a little bit I would but I don’t want to touch it. It’s really pretty, beautiful .
